ABOUT ME:

I'm coming from a very traumatizing childhood that pushed me to please others just to be ''good enough'' or ''worthy of love''

I know what it feels like to live a life that looks “successful” from the outside… but feels empty inside.

For years, I was the strong one, the achiever, the one who held it all together but I felt lost, anxious, and disconnected from who I truly was.. until I fully lost myself. I didn't know who I was or what I wanted, this pushed me into a deep depression.

My own healing journey took me across the world, deep into self-love work, nervous system healing, and spiritual connection. I studied the emotion code, spent more than one year in egypt to learn about the ancient wisdom, connected with my inner child and healed the wounds so I could rebuild my own sense of safety, self-trust, and joy.

Now, I help other women do the same .. remembering them how powerful they are, guiding them to find themselves, reconnect with their inner truth, and create a life they deeply love..
